Dear Future Homeowner,

I'm Mark Ciochon, and my mission is to find you the right house. Not just any house that will do, but the one house that is perfect for you.

How do I do that? First by knowing the market inside and out. I've been a full-time Omaha Realtor for 11 years and have sold over 600 homes, I also worked in new home construction in Omaha for 10 years before that so I have a lot of knowledge of the Omaha market to help you in you home search. Your time is valuable and I only want to show homes that will meet your needs.


And, just as I have a marketing plan for my listings, I have a plan to assure that my buyers find the right house in the shortest period of time.

How do I do that? By: Listening - so that when we're finished talking about your wants and needs in a new home, I know exactly what you're looking for. I'll choose Omaha homes for sale that meet your criteria  and I won't show you a home with 8 X 10 bedroom if you have a king size bed and a giant headboard.

Determining your price range. You may have cash and already know the price you want to pay. If not, I'll use current interest rates and the monthly payment you want to determine which homes to show you.

Introducing you to lenders . I can help you find the right Omaha lender - no matter what your credit report looks like, and no matter how much money you have available for a down payment.

Searching - Although I've seen many of the homes for sale in the Omaha Real Estate market, I will also do a search of Omaha MLS to make sure you won't miss anything.

Staying in touch. Unlike many Omaha Realtors, I won't forget about you if we don't find your home the first time out. In fact, I'll:

Enter your wants into my exclusive Home Finder database so you'll be automatically informed when a new Omaha home for sale that fits the description comes on the market.

Check the Omaha Homes for sale "Hot Sheet" daily and contact you when I see a new listing or a price reduction that might be "it."

Sharing my knowledge. After viewing Omaha homes for sale and meeting with home inspectors all these years, I've learned to spot the details that could cause you problems in the future. I'll not only point out a home's positive points, I'll alert you to the negatives. 

Pricing and negotiations. Although you make the final decisions about offers and counter-offers, I'll share my knowledge of both the Omaha Real Estate market and human nature to help you make sound decisions.

Problem solving. Sometimes finding the house and getting your offer accepted is the easy part of purchasing a house. Problems on either side of a real estate transaction can delay a closing - and if not handled properly, can put you right back at square one -searching for Omaha homes for sale. Solving problems takes skill, along with a good dose of patience and persistence. That's why I often say my "real work" begins after the purchase and sale agreement is signed.
