As you see, I've removed all the risk from listing with me. I can only do this because I know the market well, and I market my listings aggressively. While some Realtors will simply hang a sign and enter the minimum of information in MLS, in hopes that some other Realtor will sell your home - I'll get busy working to find the buyer.
